Rules & Conditions

Items must be clean and in good condition.
We do not clean items for auctions. We sell items on an "as-is" basis.
We cannot guarantee item(s) will sell.
Consignor pays all fees.
We charge a commission based on the final price.
We reserve the right to refuse to list an item.

Auction Policies

Shipping: Orders are not processed for shipment on weekends and holidays. Checkouts on Friday will be processed on Monday. Shipping calculator works for United States destinations only. Shipping charges to Hawaii, Alaska, and all International countries will be determined at the close of the auction. If you are bidding on multiple items, please pay when all of the auctions have ended.

Our regular shipping days are Monday through Friday.

We do not ship on the following Holidays:

New Year's Eve and New Year's Day
Memorial Day
July 4th

Labor Day

Thanksgiving and the Friday after Thanksgiving
Christmas Eve and Christmas Day

Oversized Shipping: Charges for packages that are oversized will be determined at the end of auction.

Combined Orders: We will be happy to combine multiple auctions and shipping charges. Please advise us if you are purchasing multiple items, the E-Bay item numbers, and when we can send final shipping charges.

Please Read Carefully: High bidder must agree to the auction terms as described. If you do not agree with the auction terms, please DO NOT bid. Positive feedback will be given to those who respect and agree to our terms. We reserve the right to cancel bids based upon negative feedback.

We DO NOT ACCEPT bids from users with (0) feedback. E-mail us before bidding if you have no feedback.

Payments for auctions must be received NO LATER than 7 business days after end of auction. If we do not receive payment within 7 business days, then we reserve the right to consider the auction cancelled.

Payment Methods: We will accept PayPal, Money Orders, Cashiers Check, or Business Checks. Payment MUST be received no later than 7 business days after end of auction. Item will be shipped when funds are cleared.

Company Policies

Return Policy: ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

Warranties: We are not dealers or distributors of the items that we sell. Items referred to as "Surplus Stock - Never Used" have usually been obtained through those who are liquidating excess or unwanted inventory. These are unused items in the original packaging, and we can not guarantee that warranties on these items will be honored by the manufacturer. All items are sold "AS-IS".

Terms of Sale: Seller assumes no responsibility for damage or actions resulting from the use or misuse of items sold. Items may be used or old stock and as such may have hidden defects or hazards that are not obvious. We are not able or qualified to make assessments of fitness of purpose or applicability for the items that we sell. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the applicability and fitness of purpose of each item to his/her particular use.

NOTE: Please do not ask us to end our auction early or to sell outside of E-Bay. Our company policy is to only sell through E-Bay.
